KYC / AML Policy

KYC will be completed by both private and corporate accounts and supportive documentation will be uploaded as follows:

Private account
Corporate account
  • Fiat transfers
  • Crypto transfers

  • If you are applying to invest, or have in the past invested with CBC, in order to successfully complete the KYC you need to have scans of the following documents at hand, as we will require proof of residence, income and source of funds.

    • Proof of address ( ID card, Passport, Driver's License)
    • Utility / phone bill (no older than 3 months)
    • Employment contract (if employed)
    • Proof of business ownership (if self employed)
    • IRS Form W-9 (if American citizen)
    • Bank statement (no older than 3 months)
    • Statement of gift or loan agreement (if investing with other funds than your own)
    • Proof of sales of property (if such funds are used for investment)
    • Proof of sales of business (if such funds are used for investment)
